Welcome to our Toddler Room - Butterflies, where little ones spread their wings and embark on exciting adventures in learning and discovery. Within this vibrant space, we provide a nurturing environment that fosters exploration, independence, and social development.
At any given time, our Toddler Room is abuzz with activity, with three dedicated staff members overseeing the care of up to twelve children. With an adult-child ratio of 1:4, we ensure that each child receives individualized attention and support, promoting their growth and well-being.
Leading the team is Alannah Moriarty, an esteemed Leader with a wealth of qualifications and experience in early childhood education. Alannah holds a Fetac Level 8 qualification in Early Childhood Care and Education, as well as certifications in Manual Handling, First Aid Responder (FAR), and Fire Safety. Her passion for nurturing young minds shines through in her commitment to providing a stimulating and enriching environment for every child in her care.
Assisting Alannah is Lisa Marie Brown, our dedicated Deputy Leader, who brings her expertise and creativity to the Toddler Room. Lisa Marie holds a Fetac Level 6 qualification in Childcare, along with certificates in Curriculum for the Early Years, Observation of Young Children, Building Pictures of Learning, and Social Care. With her keen observation skills and nurturing approach, Lisa Marie ensures that each child's unique needs and interests are catered to.
Supporting Alannah and Lisa Marie is Donna Devenney, a caring assistant with a passion for early childhood development. Donna holds a Fetac Level 6 qualification in Childcare, as well as a Fetac Level 5 in Special Educational Needs. With certifications in First Aid Responder (FAR), Manual Handling, and Fire Safety, Donna provides a safe and supportive environment where toddlers can thrive and flourish.
