First Year ECCE - Ladybugs

Step into our First Year ECCE Room - Ladybugs, where the journey of learning begins for our youngest learners. Within this nurturing environment, we lay the foundation for a lifetime of curiosity, exploration, and growth.

In the bustling Ladybugs Room, we welcome a total of twenty children, each embraced with individualized care and attention. With a remarkable adult-child ratio of 1:5, our dedicated team ensures that every child receives the support they need to thrive.

Leading the way is Ciara Rodgers, an exemplary Leader with a passion for early childhood education. Ciara holds a prestigious FETAC Level 8 qualification in Childhood Care and Education, along with certifications in First Aid Responder (FAR), Child Protection, Learning Stories, and Fire Safety. Her unwavering dedication to the well-being and development of each child sets the tone for a nurturing and enriching environment.

Assisting Ciara is Laura Boggs, our devoted Deputy Leader, who brings her expertise and knowledge to the Ladybugs Room. Laura holds a FETAC Level 8 qualification in Early Childhood Studies, Health, and Education, complemented by certifications in First Aid Responder (FAR), Manual Handling, and Fire Safety. With her wealth of experience and compassionate approach, Laura ensures that every child feels valued and supported as they embark on their educational journey.

Eva Cubova joins our team as a dedicated assistant, bringing her passion for early years care and education to the Ladybugs Room. Eva holds a FETAC Level 6 qualification in Early Years Care and Education, along with certifications in First Aid Responder (FAR), Manual Handling, and Fire Safety. With her nurturing presence, Eva creates a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe to explore and learn.

Supporting Ciara, Laura, and Eva is Nicole Mc Cann, an enthusiastic assistant committed to providing quality care for our young learners. Nicole holds a Level 6 qualification in Childcare, along with certifications in First Aid Responder (FAR), Manual Handling, and Food Hygiene. With her attention to detail and caring demeanor, Nicole ensures that every child's needs are met with warmth and compassion.
